endeavours to provide access to global cuisine in an authentic form, adapting only to a meat-free ideology. Through encountering diverse foodstuffs in one place, we hope that this would encourage people to think about other cultures & lifestyles and henceforth, become more aware of the similarities rather than the differences across cultures.

will also provide an arena for artists who may be especially disadvantaged or from an ethnic minority. By raising awareness through eating as well as through art, we hope to bring coherence to our increasingly autonomous world.
